Hi, I'm Chef Adam Gottlieb, founder of GotCHEF.
With over 30 years of professional culinary experience, I bring restaurant-quality cooking into private homes throughout Palm Beach County-creating fresh, customized meals designed around each client's tastes, lifestyle, and dietary needs.

My Culinary Background

I trained at the Culinary Institute of America and have held Executive Chef positions at respected South Florida establishments, including the Palm Beach Yacht Club and The Seagate Hotel & Club.  My career has also included work with charitable organizations and community events, where food quality, precision, and professionalism were essential.

This background allows me to deliver high-level culinary execution, while maintaining the flexibility and personal attention that in-home clients value most.

Why I Created GotCHEF

After years in restaurants and hospitality, I recognized that families and professionals wanted something different-not meal kits, not mass-produced food, and not takeout.

They wanted:

• Fresh meals made in their home kitchen

• Menus tailored to their preferences and dietary needs

• Someone to handle everything-planning, shopping, cooking, packaging, and cleanup
   

GotCHEF was created to offer exactly that.
 
What You Can Expect with GotCHEF

Every GotCHEF client received a fully customized, in-home meal prep experience, including:

• Grocery shopping with quality ingredients

• Professional cooking in your kitchen

• Organized packaging with reheating instructions

• Complete kitchen cleanup

 

Most clients receive up to two weeks' worth of entrees (depending on household size), ready to enjoy for lunch or dinner.

GotCHEF is intentionally not a volume service.

I work with a limited number of clients to ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail.  This allows me to maintain the standards my clients expect-and deserve.
